Box Office Business Hours
Tuesday through Sunday: 12 noon – 5:00 p.m. and CLOSED on Mondays; On performance dates box office remains open one half hour after curtain.
** Please note on performance days, the box office may not be able to handle any future ticket sales 1/2 hour prior to and through 15 minutes after the curtain of the show scheduled on that date. You may wish to refer to the theater schedule to avoid this time period.

The Box Office is located under the orange awning next to the Fred Kavli Theatre Lobby. From the parking structure, Box Office is accessed by taking the elevator to Level 3. From the outside lower parking lot, the Box Office is accessed by taking either of the two Plaza elevators up to Level 3.
The Civic Arts Plaza Box Office provides in-person, walk-up ticket purchases. The Box Office is unable to accommodate phone orders; patrons may purchase tickets by phone or online via Ticketmaster as noted below. Box Office payment method: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, local checks or cash. Local checks are accepted up to 15 working days or 3 weeks prior to the event for which tickets are being purchased.

Call (800) 745-3000 to charge tickets by phone. Please note that there is an added service charge per ticket (varies with the ticket price) plus a processing fee per order. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are all accepted for telephone ticket purchases.

Will Call Tickets
Will call tickets may be picked at the Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to showtime upon presentation of identification (i.e., the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo I.D. and your Ticketmaster confirmation number).
The City is unable to duplicate lost tickets. However, duplicate seat locations may be provided for tickets purchased directly through the Civic Arts Plaza Box Office. To do so, theatre patrons must be able to provide the exact purchase date so that Box Office staff can confirm the seat location. Staff cannot issue a duplicate seat location if the ticket sale cannot be verified. Patrons are asked to check their tickets carefully at the time of purchase. All ticket sales are final; tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
Special discounts are offered to groups for a variety of performances. The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza is the perfect venue to host a fundraiser or corporate event in an intimacy not found at larger venues. For further information, call (805) 449–ARTS (2787)
