Purpose: To serve as an advisory body to the City Council on all matters dealing with youth. Youth Commission hosts several youth services/events in the community, including the Youth Master Plan.

Members: Fifteen Commissioners (13 youths between the ages of 13 – 19; and 2 adult representatives from Conejo Recreation and Park District and Conejo Youth Employment Service) serve 2 year, rotating terms. City residency is required of all youth members.

Meetings: Youth Commission meets on the first and third Wednesday of the each month.
