Community Clean-Up & Recycling Day
Saturday, June 2, 2012                                           
8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Conejo Creek Park South
(Janss Road and the 23 Freeway)

This free event gives City residents the opportunity to dispose of junk, debris and unwanted items that clutter their homes and yards to help maintain the clean, beautiful environment that the City is proud of.

Brought to you by the City of Thousand Oaks Public Works Department.

Program Guidelines:

Open to Thousand Oaks residents only - I.D. is required on entry. 

  • Keep waste and recyclables separate from items to be donated.
  • Be prepared to unload your own materials.
  • No business waste accepted.
  • No entry after 3 p.m.

What to Bring:

  • Trash & Recyclables
  • Electronic waste (monitors, TVs, computers, etc.)
  • Green waste / yard trimmings
  • Confidential papers and documents for on-site shredding (6 box limit, paper only)
  • Passenger vehicle and light truck tires
    (limit 4 tires per resident)

Materials Not Accepted:

  • No hazardous or liquid waste of any kind will be accepted.
    (Visit Household Hazardous Waste for information about proper hazardous waste disposal.)
  • No business or commercial waste, including material from landscaping companies, will be accepted.
