Box Office Business Hours
Tuesday through Sunday: 12 noon – 5:00 p.m. and and two hours prior to event time.
On performance dates box office remains open one half hour after curtain.
The Box Office is CLOSED on Mondays.

** Please note on performance days, the box office may not be able to handle any future ticket sales 1/2 hour prior to and through 15 minutes after the curtain of the show scheduled on that date. You may wish to refer to the theater schedule to avoid this time period.

The Box Office is located under the orange awning next to the Fred Kavli Theatre Lobby. From the parking structure, Box Office is accessed by taking the elevator to Level 3. From the outside lower parking lot, the Box Office is accessed by taking either of the two Plaza elevators up to Level 3.
The Civic Arts Plaza Box Office provides in-person, walk-up ticket purchases. The Box Office is unable to accommodate phone orders; patrons may purchase tickets by phone or online via Ticketmaster as noted below. Box Office payment method: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, local checks or cash. Local checks are accepted up to 15 working days or 3 weeks prior to the event for which tickets are being purchased.
Effective June 9, 2015, a $3.00 processing fee will be added to the price of each ticket purchased at the box office window.
In order to make purchasing a ticket as convenient and efficient as possible, the Civic Arts Plaza box office relies on revenue from processing fees to pay for all of the costs associated with providing this service. This includes the cost of customer support, computer hardware and software, and labor. This fee is significantly lower than processing fees attached to purchasing tickets online or over the phone.
Ticketmaster Phone Centers
Call (800) 745-3000 to charge tickets by phone. Please note that there is an added service charge per ticket (varies with the ticket price) plus a processing fee per order. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are all accepted for telephone ticket purchases.

Will Call Tickets
Please bring your photo ID and method of payment to collect will call tickets from the Box Office. Will Call tickets can be picked up during our regular business hours of on the performance date until curtain.
The Box Office is happy to assist with reprinting lost tickets. Ticket reprints wil be available on the date of the event only. Please allow extra time during your visit to the Plaza to see the Box Office staff for assitance. Patrons must have their photo ID and form of payment for tickets to be reprinted.
Special discounts are offered to groups for a variety of performances. The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza is the perfect venue to host a fundraiser or corporate event in an intimacy not found at larger venues. For further information, call (805) 449–ARTS (2787)
